Overview
Most placement processes start with an aptitude round before the coding and interview stages. This track covers quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and shortcuts. Practice timed sets daily. The goal is not deep theory but reliable fast solving.
Week 1: Numbers and arithmetic
- A timed set of forty arithmetic questions, reviewed for speed
Week 2: Commercial mathematics
- A timed set focused on word problems with the above topics
Week 3: Rates and time
- A timed mixed set on rates and motion
Week 4: Algebra and modern math
- A timed set on counting and probability
Week 5: Logical reasoning part one
- A timed reasoning set covering series and relations
Week 6: Logical reasoning part two
- A timed set of arrangement puzzles and syllogisms
Week 7: Data interpretation and verbal
- A timed data interpretation set and a reading comprehension passage set
Week 8: Mock tests and speed
- Three full length timed mocks with a review of every wrong answer
